60 - Day No Questions Asked Policy
Cirque Jewels is highly confident in all our offerings. We understand that it could be difficult to purchase on the internet especially when the item has not been seen in person. This is why we offer a No questions asked 60-Day Return Policy. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your jewelry, please send back any item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return Your Jewelry
You can return you item within 60-Days of purchase. Follow these three steps:
1. Email CustomerCare@CirqueJewels.com to inform us that you will be making a return. Please include your Name, order #, the item # you would like if making an exchange, and the reason why you would like to return your jewel. We will email you back within 1-2 business days to supply a return confirmation number.
2. Package Your Jewelry Include all original material that was sent with your order. This includes items such as certificates, warranties and cleaning cloths. If you do not sent out these items, a replacement cost may be applied to your final return value. In addition please place a copy of the original invoice with your return and write the return confirmation # that was sent in the email.
3. Ship Out Your Jewelry You can ship out your package with UPS, FedEx or USPS. Please insure your package and obtain a confirmation # with your shipment. Your return must be shipped out to:

Cirque Jewels will not be responsible for loss or damaged return shipments. Please insure your return shipment.
