How to Find Your Bracelet Size

Determining your bracelet size is really easy. You’ll need a piece of string and a ruler.  You can do this on your own, but it’s easier to have a friend help you.

Amethyst and Sterling Silver Bracelet & Sizing Info

Here’s how it works: wrap the piece of string around your wrist at the point where you’d like to wear the bracelet. If you’d like a snug fit, keep the string close against your skin. If you’d like a looser fit, let the string loop around your wrist until it reaches the desired fit.

Mark each end of the string where it comes together. You can use a magic marker to do this quickly and easily, or tie a knot in the string. Then unwrap the string from your wrist and lay it flat on a table. Using your ruler, measure the distance from mark to mark. This will give you your wrist measurement.

Alternate Method: Substitute a soft measuring tape for the string & ruler.

The average female wrist size is between 6 and 7 inches, while male wrists tend to average between 7 and 8 inches.  Cirque Jewels bracelets are sized to fit the average wrist, but can be adjusted so anyone can wear them comfortably. If you have any questions or concerns, just ask us.

Find Your Favorite Fit

Over the years, we've found that our customer’s fit preferences varied by the type of bracelet they’re wearing. Delicate chain style bracelets, with or without gems, are most often worn with a snug fit, while most other bracelets, such as our beautiful bangles from Bali, are worn with a comfort fit, neither snug nor loose. Wider cuff bracelets or bangles are generally worn slightly looser.

Cirque Jewels: Sized to Fit You – Always

The Cirque Jewels promise is simple: free jewelry sizing for life. Bracelets can be adjusted to fit a larger or smaller wrist through a variety of jeweler’s techniques, including the use of an extender, or the addition/removal of links to achieve the desired size. Bangle and cuff bracelets rarely need resizing due to the more flexible nature of their design, but if it becomes necessary, we’ll work with you to make it happen.  Just reach out with any concerns.
